Privacy Policy
Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by TEMMETA LLC (“Temmeta”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA:
TEMMETA LLC 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA Email: contact@temmeta.com
Temmeta is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it confidentially, in accordance with applicable data protection law and this policy.
Because Temmeta advises an international clientele, including in the European Union, this policy is written to meet the standard of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as applicable United States requirements.
Using the website
Using this website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data — such as your name, address or email address — is collected, this is done on a voluntary basis wherever possible. Such data is not passed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as described in this policy or where required by law.
Please note that data transmitted over the internet — for example, by email — can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser; they do not harm your device and contain no viruses.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The cookies in use are strictly necessary ones — for example, session cookies, or cookies that support the comment field on articles. Most are session cookies, deleted automatically when you close your browser.
You can set your browser to notify you about cookies, to allow them only case by case, or to refuse them generally, and to delete cookies automatically when the browser closes. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Server log files
The website’s hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits, in server log files. These are:
- browser type and version;
- operating system used;
- referrer URL;
- host name of the accessing device;
- time of the server request.
This data cannot be assigned to a specific individual and is not combined with other data sources. It is used for the secure and reliable operation of the website. We reserve the right to review this data if there is a concrete indication of unlawful use.
Contact form and email
If you contact us through the contact form, the details you provide — your name, email address, the location you optionally enter, and the content of your message — are stored so that we can process your inquiry and handle any follow-up correspondence. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
We do not pass this information to third parties without your consent, except to the service providers that operate the website on our behalf (see “Service providers” below) or where required by law.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where the contact is a step toward a possible engagement, the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Newsletter
If you choose to subscribe to a Temmeta newsletter, we collect your email address and your name. We use this data only to send you the newsletter you have requested.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent. You give that consent when you subscribe, and you can withdraw it at any time — for example, using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. After you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the newsletter list.
The newsletter may delivered using our own infrastructure outside your country of residence or the European Union.
SSL / encryption
For security, and to protect the transmission of the information you send us, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. An encrypted connection is shown by “https://” in the address bar and a padlock icon. When encryption is active, the data you submit cannot be read by third parties.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies to you, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to be informed about how it is used; to access it; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have it erased in certain circumstances; to restrict or object to certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@temmeta.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If you are in the European Union and believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
Our contact according to Article 27 of the GDPR in the EU: MAWIPO OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, legal@mawipo.com
Unsolicited advertising
The use of contact details published on this website to send unsolicited advertising or information material is not permitted. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam email.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page; the “last updated” date shows when it last changed.
